At gotu™, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Our Shipping Policy is designed to give you clarity and transparency about our shipping practices. Please read the following information to understand how we handle the shipment of your orders.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment has been verified. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email.

  1. Shipping Methods:

We offer Expedited Shipping option, for both paid and free shipping. For most orders under $120, shipping within Canada has a flat fee of $12. The available option and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

We also offer free pick-ups at our gotu™ studio in Toronto. Pick-ups are typically processed within 4 business hours, If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email. 

  1. Shipping Times:

Shipping times may vary based on your location and when the order was placed. We make every effort to provide accurate estimated delivery times, but please note that these times are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

  1. Shipping Locations:

We offer shipping across Canada. If you are located outside of Canada, please email us at contact@gotu.shop, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  1. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

  1. Shipping Charges:

A flat fee of $12 is charged for all orders below $120. Free Shipping on all orders over $120. 

  1. Customs and Import Duties:

If your order is being shipped to a location outside Canada, you may be subject to customs and import duties. These fees are not included in our shipping charges, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
