Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, we offer free returns. You have 120 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To initiate a return, please email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and gotu's Customer Experience Team will begin processing your return request to start a return; you can contact us at Contact@gotu.shop . Returns will need to be sent to 2660 Islington Ave, Toronto, M9V 2X6
Any original shipping and handling fees or surcharges will not be refunded.
We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. It is unlikely that your order will be damaged in shipping, in the rare case the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we encourage you to contact our Customer Experience Team immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at the earliest.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not applicable on the final sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
